Cathy is from central Kentucky and has called Mount Juliet home for almost twenty years. She began her career as a human nurse and now assists in running the clinic’s daily operations and behind-the-scenes work. Dr. Parsley and Cathy attend First Baptist Church Mount Juliet.  Her favorite time of year is Kentucky Basketball season. Go Wildcats!

Dr. David Lewis

Dr David Lewis, originally from Lexington, Kentucky, graduated from Auburn University Veterinary School in 2009 and joined our practice in 2013. His family has four dogs and three cats. He enjoys woodworking, fishing and being outdoors.

Dr. Lucas Lacher

Dr Lacher grew up in southern California, then moved to Tennessee in high school. He went to the University of Tennessee Vet School and graduated in 2017. He has practiced in the Middle Tennessee area for the past few years. He has an Australian Shepherd mix named Logan and a Ball Python named Monty. In his spare time he enjoys reading sci-fi/fantasy, playing video games, fencing, and watching TV/movies.

Dr. Lauren Williams

Dr Williams grew up in Pikeville, Kentucky (Go Cats!) and has recently made Tennessee home with her husband and their blue heeler, Lainey. Growing up in eastern Kentucky gave her an appreciation for agriculture and livestock, and she still has a special place in her heart for that. Her special interests in veterinary medicine include neurology and internal medicine. She enjoys working through complex cases and helping owners better understand their pet’s health. When she’s not at the clinic, you can usually find her outdoors, fishing, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, or enjoying concerts. She also loves exploring local coffee shops in search of the perfect cup of coffee!

Dr. Caroline Koudelka

Dr. Koudelka (Dr. K) comes to us as a long-time Mt. Juliet native. After spending four years attending the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, she is excited to return home and serve her local community through compassionate care for beloved furry family members. Her interests include preventative care, dentistry, surgery, and pocket pet medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and finding new shows to watch, always with her cat Nephie in tow.

Office Manager

Gerri

Gerri joined our team in 2008 with eleven years of experience in the veterinary field. She also maintains her certification and license as a Pharmacy Technician which keeps us up to date with current medication rules and laws. Her goal every day is to provide the highest level of care for your furry family members. Any spare time is spent with her many dogs, cats and chickens.
P.S. She has a slight addiction to “Poodle Cuddles” – so if you have a Poodle, you have probably already met Gerri.

Receptionists

Debbie *In Memoriam*

Debbie had been with the Countryside family since 2009. She passed away March 27, 2024 after her battle with cancer. She always had a smiling face to greet clients as they entered our clinic, and she was dearly loved by all our staff. We will miss her.

Kennel Staff

Tina

Tina started working with us in July 2019. She began as a technician and transitioned to the kennel staff and loves it! Most of Tina’s adult life was spent as a restaurant manager, but she wanted to slow down a bit and do something more from the heart. She has several dogs and cats, most of which are rescues. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, fishing, cooking/baking, and spending time with her two grandsons. Tina likes the companionship with the fourlegged friends in her care, as well as the twolegged ones!
