Office Manager

Gerri joined our team in 2008 with eleven years of experience in the veterinary field. She also maintains her certification and license as a Pharmacy Technician which keeps us up to date with current medication rules and laws. Her goal every day is to provide the highest level of care for your furry family members. Any spare time is spent with her many dogs, cats and chickens.
P.S. She has a slight addiction to “Poodle Cuddles” – so if you have a Poodle, you have probably already met Gerri.

Debbie has been with the Countryside family since 2009. Her primary role is a receptionist, and she also prepares our sympathy cards when your pet passes away and truly takes this task to heart. She is a native of Mt. Juliet with a cat and fish pond. Debbie enjoys cooking, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family (especially her grandsons). What Debbie enjoys most about working at Countryside is meeting all the people and their furry families.

Amanda joined our receptionist team May 2021. She is originally from Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. She graduated from UT Knoxville. She has one dog. In her spare time she enjoys baking, playing with her son and indulging in some retail therapy. The best part of working here is meeting all the new pets and their owners.
